Hints and tips

Ready to make your move? Here are some valuable tips!

1. Fax / email your signed quotation/acceptance or confirm your removal date well in advance.
2. Cancel Garden Services, Lights and Water, cancel/ transfer any other services of maintenance, etc…
3. Notify change of address at your local Post Office and Bank.
4. Defrost your fridge/ freezer 24 hours before a long distance move.
5. Washing machine must be stabilized with brackets. (Ask your Dealer).
6. All dismantling to be done 24 hours before the move, e.g. Electrical, furniture and shelving.
7. Ensure that all flammable liquids or gas container are emptied.
8. Plants to be tied back and watered a few days before removal.
9. All lids on jars and bottles to be tightened and sealed.
10. N.B. All valuables to be transported by yourselves. E.g. jewellery, firearms (guns) and money.
11. If you are not insured by Admire Removals International, please advise your Insurance Company. The number of days that your belongings will be in transit.
